• 1. Do you support PHP, Cold Fusion, CGI?

  No, We only support ASP.Net v2.0 or above, ASP, and static pages like HTML.

• 2. What type of payment do you accept?

  We accept credit card payment through PayPal and Direct Deposit(Bank Deposit).

• 3. Can we register our domain with DNNLocal as we do not see this an option?

  Yes, we can register the domain for you. Please send us an enquiry for more information about this.

• 4. We just make an order on the site. How long it will take to setup my site?

  We usually complete the setup between 1 hour to 24 hours which depends on the time and what kind of setups you specify. The setup includes creating user login details, ftp account, email accounts etc.

• 5. Do you have a control panel for us to configure our hosting?

  No, we do not have. As this is a private web hosting, we only process any request  via support ticket.

• 6. I would like to transfer our website from other provider to here, what should I do?

  Transfer a website may be complicated, please contact us for more details, we will provide quick steps on how to make this happens.

• 7. Is DNNLocal is a reseller account?

  No, We are a not reseller, we have our own server located in Los Angeles, USA.
